Shorts are made of 85% Nylon and 15% Spandex with 2 way stretch and elastic waist. Pads are ¾ Inch thick impact resistant EVA padding. Shorts can be worn alone or over tights.

Hand wash recommended in cold, air dry. It isn’t necessary to remove the pads.
